Cengiz is the co-founder of CKB Estate Agents and has a high interest in sports. He plays football for a local Sunday league team, and has had 4 semi professional bouts as a boxer. He developed a passion for property at a young age when growing up close to his family’s property business and since then worked for some of the UK’s largest Estate Agency chains. Most importantly he considers himself a master chef in the kitchen.”

Kemal is the co-founder of CKB Estate Agents and developed a passion for property after graduating from University. Kemal had a solid position at the Office of fair Trading before realising that Property was what he really had an interest in and decided to make the jump. Away from the office Kemal enjoys watching movies whilst indulging over American style snacks to include BBQ wings, Hot Dogs and more. He also enjoys going to the Gym to burn off his ‘American Appetite.

Andy has an impressive 20 years worth of experience as an estate agent valuing property all over London and Kent. He's worked for some of London's biggest agencies and has a wealth of property knowledge. Out of work Andy is an avid golfer and can often be found at the driving range brushing up on his swing. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, has two boys and loves nothing more than going out on long bike rides with his family.

Jodie is one of the newest additions to the CKB team and joined us in early 2023. With some basic estate agency experience already under her belt she was keen to thrive within the industry and wanted to join a well established team serving the local areas of South London. She aims to work her way up the progression ladder into a managerial position in under 5 years. Jodie enjoys going to the gym and spending some well deserved social time with her friends and family when she's not at work.

Luis, after a successful DJ career in Madeira decided it was time to move to the UK and pursue a career in the one thing he loves more than music...PROPERTY! After landing a property management job for one of the UK's largest developers he dug his heels in and progressed up to a senior level. Luis then decided that he wanted a role which was more customer facing and wanted to transition into a modern agency which is when he found CKB Estate Agents. Other than dealing with maintenance issues, in his spare time Luis still loves a little spin on his vinyl's only this time the volume is kept to a minimum (wife's orders)!

Agit is our most recent trainee, enrolling on his property career as a Property Manager. He demonstrates a strong work ethic and competitive mindset has has already shown a lot of promise and dedication both in and out of the office. Being a real team player, he enjoys playing a plethora of sports namely; volleyball where he has played both competitively and casually. This competitive mindset has led him to demonstrate his potential and is continually surpassing our expectations. Over the weekends he values as much time as he can with friends & family, winding down with a cup of tea and videos games.
