The property I rented was with 3 different estate agents. I decided to go ahead with CKB and that was the right decision. Amazing customer service and very quick to respond to any queries. There was some issue with a leak and CKB estate agents were able to get it sorted for me even though the didn't manage the property. Very happy with the service I received.

CKB is the best. They made everything very easy for me, from moving in to moving out and everything in between. Fatlum and Kelly were great every time. I had an issue with the washing machine in the apartment and it was deal with in no time. Everyone is always on top of everything. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We were quite happy the way Cengiz introduced us to the property and showed us around. He answered all our questions and made us quite confident about the property we were about to let. One thing which we really liked was as promised before the flat was furnished but upon getting the keys the room did not have any bed as the previous letter sneaked it out. But CKB estates replaced it with a new bed that really helped us.
